CANCELLATION POLICY
Dear clients, I completely understand things happen, and you have to cancel. I get it, trust me. I myself have had to cancel before due to different circumstances. However, with this being my only source of income, I will have to put a cancellation policy into effect. If you cancel last minute it does not leave me with enough time to find someone to fill your appointment time. I also buy all products as needed for each appointment. Therefore going forward ALL clients are required to put a card on file before booking. Any cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment as well as all no-shows will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. Thank you all, I hope you understand!
