CANCELLATION POLICY

Dear clients, I completely understand things happen, and you have to cancel. I get it, trust me. I myself have had to cancel before due to different circumstances. However, with this being my only source of income, I will have to put a policy into effect. Everyone is required to pay a 45% deposit in order to book their appointment with me and secure their spot. This can be paid via card, cash app, apple pay, or you can drop off cash at the salon to me if need be. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours (2 days) before your appointment and/or if you do not show up to your appointment, with no prior cancellation 48 hrs before your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment as long as you reschedule 48 hrs before your appointment time, your deposit will still be put towards your estimated service cost. If you reschedule less than 48 hrs before your appointment, (non emergency) your deposit will not be put towards your new appointment, and a new deposit will be required for your new appointment.
